Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Anything past the 7 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer to see if your item is still under warranty and the exchange will be made through them.
After you place your order, you change your mind and need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. We dropship our products from warehouses in California and New Jersey, depending which is closest to the delivery address. Once we submit your order to our dropshipper we can not cancel it. What we can do is once the package has been delivered you can contact us for an RMA number and we will ask you to ship the merchandise back to us unopened. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue a refund for the products but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
In the event your item arrives defective due to a manufacture defect, we will replace your item free of charge and ship your replacement as soon as we receive the defective item back from you.
To return an items please contact our customer assistance representatives by calling 760-598-5889 to request a return merchandise authorization form. You may also login into your account and complete this request online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accept items that have been opened, or used for refund. If your packaging shows signs of defect or damage, please do not open the item. Simply contact customer service for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form. In most cases your replacement item will be on it’s way to you before we receive your return.
